We are all excited for the opportunity to glam up again. In December, Suzanne Rogers brought together some of Canada’s most spectacular designers for a salon-style fashion presentation at Toronto’s exclusive Clio venue. “I wanted to do a small salon-style presentation and Clio was the perfect venue. In these uncertain times, it was nice to see people come out and enjoy each other’s company, following health guidelines, and to support Canadian fashion,” says Rogers.

“I WANTED TO CURATE DESIGNERS THAT GAVE THE SHOW THAT EXTRA GLAM.“

From concept to fruition, the process was seamless. “The designers had opportunities to see their clients and meet new ones,” Rogers says. Beautiful party wear was presented by RVNG and Narces, and there were unique jewellery designs by Rita Tesolin and beautiful coats by Sentaler. “I wanted to curate designers that gave the show that extra glam,” she says.

“A FABULOUS TRIBUTE TO THE POWER OF CANADIAN TALENT.“

Clio was buzzing with just the perfect number of guests for a beautifully intimate fashion show. Among them was Living Luxe’s lifestyle editor, Jeanne Beker. “A longtime and passionate supporter of Canadian designers, Suzanne celebrated some of our best when, together with powerhouse restaurateur Charles Khabouth, she presented a wonderfully spirited fashion event at the swank new Clio. The wares of Sentaler, Narces, RVNG and Rita Tesolin whet everybody’s appetite for seasonal glam in an intimate trunk show reminiscent of days gone by. It was a welcome way to gear up for the holidays and a fabulous tribute to the power of Canadian talent,” says Beker.
