Pulling off a party for 400 is no easy feat, but after more than two years of missing time spent with our supporters, clients and readers, Team Living Luxe was ready to throw the fête of the year. On Friday May 13, publisher Jennifer Lipkowitz, chief operating officer Anthony Sirianni, editor-in-chief Lisa van de Geyn and creative director Jennifer Douglas welcomed friends at Toronto’s iconic Liberty Grand for a memorable evening of red-carpet-worthy moments, and guests from near and far revelled in the success of Living Luxe magazine.

“WE WERE SO INCREDIBLY PROUD TO HOST EVERYONE AT OUR CELEBRATION.”

Friends and family were thrilled to celebrate the magazine with Living Luxe’s team. Luxury cars greeted guests outside the beautifully decorated Liberty Grand (thank you, Nick and Nadia Di Donato!). Inside, guests sipped on the signature drink of the evening — the Luxe-tini (sponsored by Davis Rea), enjoyed a variety of scrumptious hors d’oeuvres and couldn’t get enough of Living Luxe’s own brand of wine, made by Sirianni himself. DJ Fizza was spinning the hottest tunes and the Max Lawson band delighted those who were schmoozing in the main room with their sound. Lush bouquets of flowers (courtesy of Rosarium) surrounded the impeccable space.

“WE CAN’T WAIT FOR THE NEXT EVENT. THIS WAS ONE I’LL ALWAYS REMEMBER.“

Guests were enthralled by Lipkowitz’s heartfelt speech and surprised Living Luxe’s publisher with a video full of birthday wishes. “We were so incredibly proud to host everyone at our celebration. It was so nice to see our readers, clients, contributors and our supportive community. What a truly memorable event — thank you to everyone for being part of it,” says Lipkowitz. “A special thank you to our incredible sponsors for the evening — we couldn’t have done it without you Contempo Studio, Posh Haus, Helicopix, Diego Torres, Jocelyn Alice, Rosarium and Davis Rea. To end off the evening, coffee was provided by JURA and treats by Nina’s VIP Sweets. Swag bags were handed out, too, featuring a special something from Tru-Green Organics, Saint Cosmetics, Pamecare and CIBO. “We can’t wait for our next event,” says Lipkowitz. “This was one I’ll always remember.”
