Avocado Bruschetta
Hummus Tostadas
Makes 6 to 12 tostadas
INGREDIENTS
1 Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Hummus (283 g/10 oz.)
1 Summer Fresh Bruschetta (227 g/8 oz.)
6-12 Crackers
1 Avocado, diced
1 tsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ cup Crumbled feta cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Lay out the crackers on a serving platter and carefully spread a large spoonful of hummus evenly overtop of each.
2. In a medium bowl, mix avocado and cilantro with the bruschetta.
3. Top each cracker with an equal amount of the bruschetta mixture and a sprinkling of feta cheese. Serve directly after preparing for freshest flavour.
