Adjacent to Square One Shopping Centre’s high-end wing, EXS is downtown Mississauga’s coveted new luxury rental collection. Sustainability is also central to EXS’s bespoke design, and Castellano says the company kept the building as green as possible. “It’s a geothermal building that utilizes a VRF/ERV system for a more sustainable, energyefficient and cost-efficient way of heating and cooling.”
Culinary enthusiasts will be especially delighted to discover that the base of the building houses the new Japanese Fish Market in addition to the acclaimed restaurant Byblos and a premium grocery retailer.
